What you will do

• Define and govern Professional Services standards, frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistent project execution.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end process documentation, SOPs, and templates.
• Lead project delivery quality reviews, audits, and health checks to assess adherence to standards.
• Establish quality governance mechanisms, including approval checkpoints and escalation paths.
• Analyze process performance data to identify root causes and systemic issues impacting delivery effectiveness.
• Partner with PMO leadership and cross-functional teams to drive change management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services operations, process management, or quality governance.
• Demonstrated ability to own and maintain process documentation and SOPs in a consulting or managed services environment.
• Experience leading quality reviews, audits, and compliance assessments.
• Strong background in process improvement, root cause analysis, and operational excellence.
• Proficiency in Portfolio Management (PPM) or Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) tools.
