What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery for workforce management systems aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead system integration initiatives in coordination with IT and business teams.
  • Prepare and present management update decks and reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between global internal teams and international vendors.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and proposing HR platform enhancements.
  • Utilize Jira for project tracking and management from initial setup to advanced usage.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
  • Proven experience in system integration within HR, HRIS, or Workday environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of Jira, including setup and advanced functionalities.
  • Fluent English proficiency for communication with global teams and vendors.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, organization, and problem-solving.
