Manager Project Manager (Global Procurement)

Location: Based at hirify.global Office, Shenzhen, China. International travel approximately 25% depending on project requirements.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of procurement projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Coordinate resources across functional teams and suppliers to meet project milestones.
• Support supplier onboarding, qualification, and transition projects in collaboration with Sourcing teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks related to supply continuity, financial exposure, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive cost reduction, supplier consolidation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the Global Procurement PMO by adopting standard project management methodologies.

Requirements

• Third-level degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Procurement, or a related discipline.
• 3–7 years of experience in project management within Procurement, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing in a global environment.
• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, Agile, or Lean PM.
• Proficiency with tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, SAP/Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, or Power BI.
• Strong command of English (Written and Oral).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the location of the office (Shenzhen, China).

Nice to have

• Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt training.
• Experience with ESG, supplier sustainability, or responsible sourcing initiatives.
• Knowledge of supply chain risk management and strategic procurement frameworks.
• Experience in regulated industries such as aerospace, automotive, or medical devices.
