What you will do

• Build and lead core project teams across engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, automation, shipping, commissioning, and on-site work.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, updating forecasts and managing profitability.
• Track project performance, focusing on risks related to time, cost, and quality.
• Evaluate and approve changes impacting scope, budget, or schedule; proactively manage risks.
• Handle troubleshooting, resolve conflicts with customers or sub-projects, and escalate if needed.
• Provide regular project updates to PMO and communicate changes to customers and internal teams.

Requirements

• Fluent spoken and written English required; good conversational German (for daily professional communication).
• Project management experience with proven success in delivering equipment projects on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Technical expertise in automation, electrical systems, and mechanics; PMP certification advantageous.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to adapt to different industries.
• Experience building and leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Positive, solution-oriented mindset for handling complex matters.
