What you will do

• Manage guest communications and resolve escalated issues across Airbnb, VRBO, and direct booking platforms.
• Coordinate operational requests, including vendor scheduling for cleaning, maintenance, and guest accommodations.
• Maintain accurate listing data and process guest refunds and insurance damage claims.
• Assist with Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) filings and basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Develop and improve operational workflows and ensure strict SOP compliance.
• Monitor supply inventory and coordinate restocking needs for properties.

Requirements

• 1+ year of property management or short-term rental experience.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Ability to work U.S. Hours.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer service mindset.
• Proven ability to manage and lead remote teams.
• Technical requirements: Intel i5, 8GB RAM, 100 Mbps internet, and backup power/internet supplies.
