What you will do

  • Support CEO directly on China launch priorities including scheduling, preparation, follow-ups, and execution.
  • Set up China office from scratch: vendor coordination, operational setup, documentation, and admin processes.
  • Build relationships with recruitment agencies, hiring partners, and service providers for early hiring.
  • Coordinate early hiring processes, interview logistics with internal TA and external recruiters.
  • Act as coordination point across HR, Finance, Operations, and Product for China workstreams.
  • Prepare materials, summaries, and briefing notes for meetings, hiring, partnerships, and business setup.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks with speed, flexibility, and judgment.

Requirements

  • Experience in operations, executive support, startup operations, office administration, or business coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in fast-moving, unstructured environment.
  • Comfort working with senior leadership and handling sensitive/confidential information.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging external stakeholders like recruiters, vendors, partners.
  • Hands-on, proactive mindset to work independently without defined processes.
  • Familiarity with China business environment (vendors, hiring, admin processes) as plus
