What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of product modules from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and commercial teams to ship high-impact enterprise products.
• Engage directly with enterprise customers to translate their needs into actionable product decisions.
• Drive sales enablement and support go-to-market strategies for your modules.
• Utilize AI tools and modern workflows to accelerate development and build smarter features.
• Travel to customer sites 1-2 times per quarter.

Requirements

• Proven product management experience in a B2B software environment, ideally within a scale-up.
• Technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience with AI tools and understanding of their leverage in product development.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-directed, decisive, and capable of operating with incomplete information.
• Must be based in or able to work from Berlin or Munich, Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with data analysis (SQL, dashboards, integrations).
• UI/UX sensibility.
• Product marketing or sales support exposure.
