What you will do

• Own and evolve the end-to-end search experience across all platforms, from query input to results pages and filters.
• Shape search relevance and ranking strategies in close collaboration with data science and ML teams.
• Drive discovery and navigation to enable seamless customer journeys within a complex health context.
• Define and refine the measurement framework for search, utilizing metrics like query reformulation and zero-results rates.
• Build and prioritize a high-impact roadmap balancing quick wins with long-term infrastructure and UX investments.

Requirements

• Strong ownership experience in search or discovery products, including ranking logic and UX layers.
• Deeply data-driven mindset with experience interpreting complex metrics and conducting experiments.
• Ability to collaborate with ML teams and understanding of ranking signals, query understanding, or semantic search.
• Strong focus on creating intuitive user experiences across various devices and use cases.
