What you will do
- Develop and maintain a structured competitive intelligence engine and deep-dive research maps for all key solution sets.
- Own the pricing methodology, including tiering logic, discount governance, bundling rules, and renewal policies.
- Conduct continuous pricing optimization through experiments and telemetry to improve ACV, win rates, and NRR.
- Create sales enablement assets such as battle cards, competitor playbooks, and deal-desk briefs.
- Build an AI-first monitoring stack using Claude, n8n, and Clay to track competitor signals in real-time.
- Analyze win/loss data and maintain a talent map of competitor leaders for strategic hiring.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Simon-Kucher) or B2B SaaS Strategy/RevOps.
- Deep fluency in B2B SaaS pricing primitives (consumption, outcome-based, tiering, and bundling).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and SQL-light.
- Experience building AI agents and workflows using tools like Claude and n8n.
- English proficiency is required; additional European languages (German, French, Spanish) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Mannheim, Germany.
