What you will do

• Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for seller onboarding and tooling.
• Lead product discovery, translating insights into clear initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Drive improvements in seller onboarding speed, automation, and self-service capabilities.
• Own seller-facing tools end-to-end to ensure they scale with marketplace growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, and Data.
• Define and track success metrics to ensure product work delivers results like GMV and activation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with strong exposure to B2B e-commerce marketplaces.
• Deep understanding of marketplace mechanics including supply, demand, and liquidity.
• High competence in data-driven decision-making and problem framing.
• Strong discovery skills and a structured, pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Must be based in Germany to attend regular team and area anchor days in the office.
