What you will do

• Own the full product lifecycle for growth and retention initiatives, from discovery and prioritization to delivery.
• Develop and improve customer-facing experiences related to onboarding, reactivation, and order management.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams to deliver scalable product solutions.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps and prioritization frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze product performance and user behavior using SQL and data visualization tools to guide iterations.
• Drive initiatives for payment infrastructure, customer loyalty systems, and tracking capabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software product management, ideally within marketplaces, e-commerce, or B2B platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken.
• Solid analytical skills with experience using SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, funnel optimization, and automation strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Software Development, Marketing, or Analytics.
• Technical understanding of modern web technologies and an interest in AI-powered tools.
