• Travel regionally to support assigned districts, with higher frequency during back-to-school seasons.

Requirements

• Must live in Alabama and reside near a major airport.
• 5+ years of K-12 teaching experience, with preference for instructional coaching or school leadership.
• 2+ years of experience delivering professional development.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills for diverse educator audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple district projects concurrently.
• Ability to travel regionally up to 60% during peak seasons.
