Salary: $52,000–$62,000

What you will do

  • Research, evaluate, and manage instructional programs, materials, and vendor relationships.
  • Develop and deliver training resources to ensure effective program implementation.
  • Design and refresh parent engagement content while training facilitators.
  • Guide teams on engagement strategies and report evaluation data for compliance.
  • Collaborate with Accounting and Operations to ensure service delivery and alignment.
  • Provide coaching support to teachers and serve as a subject matter expert for marketing and RFPs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, curriculum and instruction, or a related field.
  • Experience in curriculum development, instructional programming, or educational services.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver training or professional learning for adult learners.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote environment.
  • Must be based in the United States due to federal program compliance and operational requirements.
  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience working with federally funded programs such as Title I, II, III, IV, or IDEA.
  • Working knowledge of federal program compliance requirements.
