Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)

Salary: $68,000 - $106,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Deliver virtual and in-person instructor-led courses and webinars for clients, prospects, partners, and employees.
• Build and collaborate on new training content to equip various user types for success.
• Scale customer education programs to drive product adoption and usage across the user community.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services teams to drive course attendance and interaction.
• Rapidly incorporate product updates and client feedback into course content and experience.
• Manage the logistics required to deliver a top-notch training experience.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.
• 1 year of experience using the hirify.global platform, OR 2+ years in software education services, support, professional services, sales, or marketing at a financial services or SaaS company.
• Strong demonstrated knowledge of the Wealth Management industry.
• Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to tailor product value propositions to varied audiences.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
