TL;DR
Director, Strategy & Operations (AI): Leading the AI transformation and organizational intelligence for a leading women's and family health platform with an accent on knowledge management and organizational redesign. Focus on designing AI-native workflows, driving cross-functional strategic initiatives, and optimizing the company's operating model for scale.
Location: Hybrid. Must have active work authorization in the US. NYC based (3 days onsite) or based in SF, Seattle, Boston, DC, or Chicago (monthly onsite).
Salary: $220,000 - $260,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead AI transformation by building internal knowledge management infrastructure and context engineering for AI agents.
- Identify and scale high-leverage AI opportunities across clinical operations, sales, product, and member experience.
- Partner with executives to define, translate, and drive Maven's most critical strategic initiatives into measurable outcomes.
- Manage high-priority cross-functional initiatives, removing bottlenecks and establishing efficient operating rhythms.
- Collaborate with Finance and leadership on annual planning, resource allocation, and organizational design.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or high-growth technology environments.
- Active work authorization in the US is required.
- Deep obsession with AI and a strong perspective on how it is rewriting organizational rules.
- Proven ability to lead complex initiatives across teams without direct reporting lines.
- Highly analytical mindset, comfortable with data models, metrics, and dashboards.
- Exceptional written communication skills for producing memos and documents for senior leadership.
