SOFTSWISS is hiring an Event Manager to join its People & Corporate Initiatives team.

This role is a great fit for someone who loves building high-impact internal experiences and can confidently partner with senior leadership in a fast-paced international environment.

What you’ll do:
— plan and deliver internal corporate events, leadership meetings, and team-building initiatives across multiple locations
— manage end-to-end event logistics, including vendors, travel coordination, and on-site execution
— lead employee engagement initiatives in partnership with HR and leadership teams
— coordinate strategic projects requested by C-level stakeholders
— support internal communication initiatives linked to corporate culture and employee experience
— ensure events align with business priorities and organisational goals

What we’re looking for:
— 3+ years of corporate event management experience (or 5+ years agency-side event delivery)
— strong experience working directly with senior stakeholders and C-level executives
— proven ability to independently manage complex projects from concept to execution
— English proficiency (B2+)
— Russian language skills (B2+)
