HR Event Specialist

What you will do

• Plan and organize global and local employee events, including birthday celebrations, Health Days, and annual parties.
• Manage end-to-end event communication and coordination from planning through execution.
• Conduct post-event evaluations, including cost analysis and feedback collection for stakeholders.
• Oversee event budgets and invoicing in collaboration with project leads.
• Collaborate with and negotiate terms and prices with external service providers and partners.
• Maintain and update internal documentation, employee guides, and event checklists.

Requirements

• Professional experience organizing and managing events with up to 500 attendees.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and structured mindset for managing documentation and internal procedures.
• Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia to support the hybrid work format.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Serbian language.
• Vocational training in event management, HR, marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience working within an IT company.
• Understanding of the local event landscape in Serbia.
