What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for hirify.global's Spend ecosystem.
• Drive high-velocity execution using customer feedback, data, market research, and AI insights.
• Craft intuitive user experiences that simplify expense management for millions of employees and finance teams.
• Prototype rapidly using tools like Claude and Cursor to accelerate product development.
• Stay plugged into AI research and industry trends, applying them creatively to hirify.global products.
• Lead with a servant-leadership approach to help the team stay focused and foster collaboration.

Requirements

• Strong customer empathy and design thinking related to the expense lifecycle and accounting workflows.
• Fluency in data and data-driven product decisions.
• Experience evaluating product decisions and prioritization trade-offs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence small teams of engineers & designers.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and large cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for AI, shown through hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects.
• Fluency with modern prototyping tools and design/collaboration environments like Figma and Git.
