What you will do
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering market insight and talent strategy advice.
- Identify and win new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Source and engage high-quality candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and personal networks.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job brief to offer.
- Support clients and candidates through term negotiations and package management at the offer stage.
- Maintain accurate records in Bullhorn and ensure alignment with GDPR and employment law.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally within the tech, digital, or change sectors.
- Strong track record of business development and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in sourcing talent through LinkedIn and various job boards.
- Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle with high professionalism and attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation skills and a commercial mindset.
- Must be based in or be able to work from the Birmingham office.
