What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering market insight and talent strategy advice.
  • Identify and win new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Source and engage high-quality candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and personal networks.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job brief to offer.
  • Support clients and candidates through term negotiations and package management at the offer stage.
  • Maintain accurate records in Bullhorn and ensure alignment with GDPR and employment law.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally within the tech, digital, or change sectors.
  • Strong track record of business development and client relationship management.
  • Proficiency in sourcing talent through LinkedIn and various job boards.
  • Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle with high professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a commercial mindset.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the Birmingham office.

Hiring process
