Location: Hybrid; must be based in or be able to commute to Guildford, Manchester, or Milton Keynes (office attendance required 2 days per week)
Salary: £33,350 – £39,753

What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for permanent, temporary, internal, and associate/examiner roles.
- Source candidates proactively using LinkedIn, job boards, and CV databases.
- Create and publish inclusive job advertisements across various media channels.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates using fair and consistent selection criteria.
- Coordinate interviews, online tests, and assessment centres to ensure a professional candidate experience.
- Facilitate the offer and onboarding process, including right-to-work checks and inductions.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in a recruitment or HR environment (in-house or agency).
- Ability to manage high-volume workloads and multiple pipelines with strong attention to detail.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HR system.
- Confidence in managing the full recruitment cycle from vacancy briefing to onboarding.
- Must be able to work from the office two days a week in Guildford, Manchester, or Milton Keynes.
Nice to have
- CIPD/MIRP qualifications or a willingness to pursue them.
- Experience supporting high-volume or associate/contractor recruitment.
