What you will do

  • Identify and close revenue-generating opportunities for software subscriptions, consultancy services, and innovation projects.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.
  • Lead project bids from concept to closure, including strategic input on pricing and contract structures.
  • Manage CRM pipelines, key account activity, and sales data analysis.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with marketing to produce thought leadership and market insights.

Requirements

  • Engineering expertise in a relevant domain.
  • Proven track record of closing deals in SaaS or consultancy-based sales.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and high-level negotiation.
  • Experience negotiating IP licensing agreements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience securing innovation funding.
  • Additional languages relevant to the offshore wind market.
  • Experience using HubSpot.
  • Understanding of model-based engineering and accuracy requirements.
