What you will do
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals within the assigned territory.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities with food manufacturers and ingredient distributors.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation and contract closure.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with R&D decision-makers and ingredient buyers.
- Partner with internal R&D and supply chain teams to co-develop tailored ingredient solutions.
- Promote the product portfolio via technical presentations, product trials, and sensory evaluations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Business, or Marketing.
- 5–8 years of sales experience in food ingredients, plant extracts, or related B2B industrial markets.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets within the EU.
- Fluent in English; Italian language proficiency is preferred.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region and internationally as required.
