What you will do
- Execute multi-touch, multichannel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, video, and calls).
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads for the IT product line.
- Research target accounts and map IT decision-makers across Italy.
- Refine outbound messaging and contribute to early sales playbooks.
- Collaborate with AEs to maximize pipeline conversion.
- Track activity, feedback, and learnings in HubSpot CRM.
Requirements
- Native or bilingual in Italian with professional English. Spanish is a plus.
- Passionate about technology, SaaS, and digital transformation.
- Ambitious, curious, and proactive — thrive in fast-changing environments.
- Confident communicator and excellent listener.
- Data-driven, organized, and goal-oriented.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in B2B SaaS or Tech sales.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Outreach tools.
- Experience working in startup or scale-up environments.
