What you will do

• Drive sales through personalized design consultations and tailored furnishing solutions for clients.
• Build and sustain professional relationships with clients, trade professionals, and the local design community.
• Achieve and exceed KPIs, including revenue targets, conversion rates, and client retention.
• Guide clients through product selection, space planning, and styling using design expertise.
• Manage the full client lifecycle using CRM tools and strategic outreach.
• Conduct in-home consultations and off-site meetings with trade clients.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Pittsburgh, PA.
• Proven experience in retail sales, design consulting, or customer success.
• Background in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and design tools such as SketchUp or AutoCAD.
• Ability to lift 20+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.
