What you will do

  • Sell Bentley’s project delivery and construction solutions to new and existing users.
  • Design and deliver sales campaigns and outcome-based live sessions.
  • Develop business plans to prospect for net new business and exceed quotas.
  • Engage prospects via LinkedIn and other social media channels.
  • Build relationships with C-level executives, VPs, and Directors through direct sales techniques.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue within the CRM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architectural engineering, construction management, or a similar technical degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an engineering organization or selling engineering software.
  • Experience with SYNCHRO 4D, ProjectWise, Procore, P6, or NavisWorks.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Ability to travel 15% or less.
