What you will do

• Define project timelines, scope, and budget in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including resourcing and execution.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, sales, finance, and customer service teams.
• Act as the principal contact for client-facing communications and technical documentation.
• Lead risk management efforts and mitigate project-related deviations.
• Ensure safety and quality assurance standards are maintained across all project phases.

Requirements

• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project or program management.
• Proven track record managing complex technical projects in logistics or automation.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or SAP.
• Strong financial acumen related to cost forecasting and resource planning.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma.
• 2+ years of direct leadership experience.
