What you will do

• Drive performance improvement programs for the delivery network, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams.
• Build and improve scalable tracking systems for network KPIs such as delivery times and failure rates.
• Lead projects focused on reducing delays and optimizing costs across the parcel network.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline daily operations.
• Translate ambiguous problems into actionable plans and strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in consulting, project management, operations, or supply chain within fast-paced environments.
• Track record of owning complex, cross-functional projects with measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Must be based in or able to work from Vilnius or Kaunas (Hybrid).
