What you will do

• Convert leadership direction into structured execution plans and well-defined workstreams.
• Drive accountability and resolve blockers across strategic initiatives to ensure consistent momentum.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Risk, Compliance, HR, Legal, IT, and Business Operations.
• Design and maintain comprehensive dashboards, trackers, and board-ready PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership.
• Provide end-to-end support for leadership communications and strategic reporting to ensure consistency and impact.
• Monitor progress and accountability across various teams to support informed decision-making by the CSRO.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in operations, consulting, program management, or business operations.
• Proven track record of effectively supporting senior executives in high-impact roles.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and executive-level presentation design.
• Ability to work 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST.
• Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for building reporting frameworks and governance structures.
