Salary: $210,000 - $285,000

What you will do

• Build and sustain right-sized processes to empower the organization via clear workflows and reporting.
• Support leadership in developing OKRs and breaking work into portfolios and workstreams.
• Ensure vertical and horizontal alignment across all programs and projects.
• Drive execution against high-priority goals and manage end-to-end escalations.
• Implement process improvements through a continuous improvement framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute technical engineering goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6-8 years of project/program management experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering product development.
• Proficiency in communications, stakeholder management, and planning.
• Advanced skills in execution and governance.

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Project Management.
• PMP certification.
• Six Sigma Green Belt.
