PMO Analyst (SAP)

What you will do

• Manage multiple PMO project initiatives from inception to completion.
• Maintain project schedules in MS Project, identifying milestones and interdependencies.
• Facilitate weekly schedule reviews and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
• Monitor program performance metrics and provide independent assessments to leadership.
• Maintain the Risks, Action Items, and Decisions (RAID) log in coordination with government leads.
• Track internal and external product status, ensuring quality control and proper documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (economics, engineering, mathematics, etc.).
• 3+ years of experience managing projects from beginning to end.
• Experience with complex government project schedules and risk management.
• U.S. citizenship is required to support the government agency.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust government clearance.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DHS contracting environments.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Project, SharePoint, and Visio.
• Experience with large-scale development projects.
