What you will do
- Develop and execute a sales enablement strategy supporting global sales teams.
- Manage inbound and outbound lead workflows and ensure CRM data integrity.
- Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity stage design.
- Create dashboards and reporting to measure program impact and share insights.
- Coordinate meeting bookings for the sales team and at industry conferences.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional, global team to drive sales efficiency.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK.
- 2+ years of experience in sales enablement or B2B sales within SaaS or travel management.
- Proven track record of building relationships with procurement and travel managers.
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs.
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
