TL;DR

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end delivery of statutory compliance including gas, electrical, and fire safety checks.
  • Proactively manage upcoming expiries and access requirements to prevent non-compliance.
  • Review technical reports and challenge contractors to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and audit trails within Qube and related systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve remedial works and minimize disruption.
  • Handle compliance-related complaints and escalations within agreed service levels.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in UK residential property compliance, including gas safety, electrical safety, and H&S.
  • Industry qualification or membership of ARLA/Propertymark or The Property Institute (TPI).
  • Ability to interpret technical reports and manage remedial actions effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on risk management and system discipline.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Nice to have

  • Experience in PRS, BTR, or large-scale managed portfolios.
  • Experience with PMS systems such as Qube, Fixflo, or SLM.
  • IOSH or other relevant compliance-related qualifications.
