What you will do

• Lead M&E packages and projects from a cost management and quantity surveying perspective.
• Handle pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties, including preparing and issuing tender documents.
• Develop cost plans, budgets, appraisals, and elemental cost plans.
• Build and maintain client relationships while supporting business objectives for value for money.
• Identify commercial opportunities and ensure commercial and contractual performance.
• Collaborate with teams across UK regions on diverse, challenging projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline; preferably Chartered via RICS or studying toward.
• Strong M&E Cost Management and technical delivery experience.
• Client-facing experience with stakeholder management and developing client accounts.
• Track record in consultancy, specialist M&E firm, or contractor environments.
• Experience managing projects, prioritising workloads, and meeting deadlines.
• Client-focused collaborator with positive, proactive approach and team player mindset.
