What you will do

• Lead M&E packages and projects from a cost management and quantity surveying perspective.
• Handle pre and post-contract QS duties including preparing tender documents and cost plans.
• Build and maintain client relationships while supporting commercial and contractual performance.
• Deliver value for money through cost budgets, appraisals, and elemental cost plans.
• Identify commercial opportunities across diverse sectors and complex projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline; preferably Chartered via RICS or studying toward.
• Strong M&E Cost Management and technical delivery experience.
• Client-facing experience with stakeholder management and project delivery.
• Previously employed by consultancy, specialist M&E firm, or contractor.
• Track record of managing projects, prioritising workloads, and meeting deadlines.

Nice to have

• Chartered status via RICS or relevant professional body.
