• Manage project costs from design to completion and ongoing maintenance/operation.
• Handle technical delivery on diverse projects in residential, education, infrastructure, and public/private sectors.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure high standards and develop accounts.
• Collaborate with team in Bristol for West & Wales region growth.

Requirements

• Based in or able to work hybrid from Bristol, UK
• Proven technical delivery experience on similar projects as Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager in consultancy.
• Client-facing with strong stakeholder management.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar (RICS accredited).
• Team player, proactive, committed to customer service excellence.
