Salary: £27,976 to £29,000

What you will do

  • Assess customer needs and build rapport to create individualised action plans.
  • Address barriers to employment with advice, challenge, and guidance.
  • Recommend vacancies and training solutions in consultation with team and employers.
  • Maintain accurate records and meet performance targets and KPIs.
  • Develop networks with stakeholders including employers and Job Centre teams.
  • Signpost to local specialist services for disabilities, housing, and benefits.

Requirements

  • Pragmatic, solution-focused with confidence to challenge mindsets.
  • High independence, professionalism, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
  • Experience in customer-facing and targeted environments.
  • Excellent communication, motivation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Degree level education or track record in sales, customer service, or case management.
  • Knowledge of employment market and welfare to work.
