What you will do

• Define the strategic roadmap for hirify.global Institutional to create commercial leverage.
• Lead high-value partnership negotiations and complex deal structures with institutional clients.
• Translate market signals and competitive intelligence into product direction and go-to-market strategy.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Product, Legal, Compliance, Sales, and Engineering.
• Identify white space opportunities in the institutional crypto market and develop business cases.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, investment banking, or senior commercial roles in financial services or crypto.
• Deep familiarity with the institutional digital asset landscape, including custody, prime brokerage, OTC, and tokenization.
• Proven track record of structuring and closing complex, multi-party deals.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
