Location: Must be based in New York (or willing to relocate)

Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 + bonus

What you will do

• Partner with the C-Suite and senior leadership to define and execute corporate, divisional, and functional strategies.
• Translate complex qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights and actionable priorities.
• Manage the company's operating cadence, including annual planning and OKR setting.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of cross-functional strategic initiatives such as AI implementation and competitive intelligence.
• Lead executive-level communications and prepare materials for the board of directors.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in strategy, business operations, or consulting.
• At least 2 years of experience in management consulting.
• At least 2 years of experience in a startup, scale-up, or high-growth environment.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and influence leadership.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with excellent project management skills.
• Based in New York or willing to relocate.
