Salary: $75,500 – $134,600

What you will do
- Optimize Customer Success operations to improve satisfaction, retention, and growth metrics.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align success initiatives with organizational goals.
- Analyze data and trends to identify and influence long-term strategies for customer portfolios.
- Serve as the primary operational interface between CSM/CSE teams and Product, Security, and Engineering.
- Advocate for the voice of the customer internally to drive feature prioritization and value delivery.
- Manage the process side of contracts and renewals to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, SaaS implementation, or sales.
- Deep understanding of SaaS Go-To-Market (GTM) and execution models.
- Proven track record of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience managing complex customer problems in fast-growing, dynamic environments.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
