What you will do

• Monitor and report construction activities for compliance with the CPM schedule and track commodity installation.
• Direct hire craft productivity and manage subcontractor performance to ensure safety, quality, and schedule expectations.
• Develop and monitor 3-Week Look Ahead Schedules and implement corrective plans to meet productivity targets.
• Coordinate the interpretation of technical requirements and distribute Job Hazard Analysis for major erection packages.
• Review craft and subcontractor timesheets, installed quantity reports, and progress payment requests.
• Supervise direct hire general foremen, foremen, and subcontractor superintendents.

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction field leadership experience on equivalent projects.
• Valid Driver's License.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment background checks, drug screens, and motor vehicle records searches.
• Physical ability to perform hard physical labor in extreme temperatures for up to 12-hour shifts and work at heights.

Nice to have

• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Experience in Simple and Combined Cycle Construction.
• Knowledge of industrial relations and legal contracts (EPC/Subcontracts).
• Completion of cost control, back charges, and schedule training.
