What you will do
- Monitor and report construction activities for compliance with the CPM schedule and track commodity installation.
- Direct hire craft productivity and manage subcontractor performance to ensure safety, quality, and schedule expectations.
- Develop and monitor 3-Week Look Ahead Schedules and implement corrective plans to meet productivity targets.
- Coordinate the interpretation of technical requirements and distribute Job Hazard Analysis for major erection packages.
- Review craft and subcontractor timesheets, installed quantity reports, and progress payment requests.
- Supervise direct hire general foremen, foremen, and subcontractor superintendents.
Requirements
- 5+ years of construction field leadership experience on equivalent projects.
- Valid Driver's License.
- OSHA 10 certification.
- Must be able to complete pre-employment background checks, drug screens, and motor vehicle records searches.
- Physical ability to perform hard physical labor in extreme temperatures for up to 12-hour shifts and work at heights.
Nice to have
- Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
- Experience in Simple and Combined Cycle Construction.
- Knowledge of industrial relations and legal contracts (EPC/Subcontracts).
- Completion of cost control, back charges, and schedule training.
