What you will do

• Lead daily on-site construction activities to ensure efficient execution of project scope, plans, and safety requirements.
• Direct and oversee subcontractor labor, providing hands-on training in ICS installation methods and quality expectations.
• Serve as the primary on-site representative for customers, facility staff, and ICS leadership.
• Implement project plans, including sequencing of work, site logistics, and material usage planning.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily progress reports, as-built conditions, and issue logs.
• Monitor installation quality and safety compliance, performing routine inspections and driving corrective actions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supervising construction crews or field installation teams in plumbing, mechanical, electrical, or civil environments.
• Ability to work full-time on-site at project locations nationwide with 80–100% travel.
• Must pass federal and state background checks and drug testing to access secure facilities.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in confined spaces.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.

Nice to have

• Plumbing or electrical trade experience.
• Experience managing construction in secure correctional or government environments.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
