Maintenance Supervisor

TL;DR

Maintenance Supervisor (District Energy): Leads plant mechanical, distribution, and electrical maintenance activities through planning, scheduling, assignment, and coordination of staff and contractors with an accent on work control processes, preventive maintenance programs, and equipment reliability. Focus on supervising inspections, developing outage plans, investigating failures, and ensuring safety compliance including LOTO.

Location: Vicinity Tulsa, 202 S Frisco Ave, Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States of America. Onsite position reporting to Plant Manager.

What you will do

• Supervise maintenance staff including instrumentation, electrical, and distribution teams.
• Develop schedules and plans with other departments, maintain equipment history records.
• Oversee inspections, establish preventive maintenance programs, investigate equipment failures.
• Support engineering with data, predictive maintenance programs like vibration analysis and thermography.
• Manage CMMS for work orders, requisitions; act as project supervisor for contractors ensuring OSHA compliance.
• Conduct incident investigations, lead safety programs, participate in training.

Requirements

• Must possess valid driver license, pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Associates or Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in industrial or power plant operations and maintenance.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational skills; ability to work independently and in teams.
• Proficiency with IT systems like CMMS, LOTO, Microsoft Office.
• Able to work in extreme temperatures, lift 50 lbs, wear PPE; may require nights, weekends, on-call.

Nice to have

• 3+ years supervisory/lead experience.
• Knowledge of power plant equipment: boilers, steam turbines, chillers, RO systems.
• Experience with industrial maintenance planning and computer systems.
