Commissioning Manager

What you will do

• Coordinate job site installation and startup of equipment with project managers and customers.
• Conduct site inspections, prepare reports, and interface with contractors.
• Guide CMCo technicians during equipment startup.
• Manage multiple startup sites simultaneously.
• Respond to questions on submittals and specifications.
• Promote positive customer experience through mediation and negotiation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in construction management; experience managing mechanical and electrical equipment installation
• Thorough understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment installation
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and layout drawings
• Excellent time management, organizational, communication, and presentation skills
• Must have excellent driving record and be able to travel/work hours as required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong teamwork and ability to work with multiple disciplines
