What you will do

• Lead and coordinate field operations for the entire project, including supervision of craft labor and subcontractor activities.
• Monitor quality control and safety programs to ensure full compliance with site rules and government regulations.
• Manage project documentation, including daily logs, submittals, and closeout documents.
• Develop labor and material cost estimates and collaborate with clients to establish budgets.
• Create and update project schedules, specifically maintaining two-week look-ahead plans.
• Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment with vendors and suppliers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industrial project superintendent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and deep knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Strong leadership skills, including experience in motivation, goal-setting, and conflict management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Point Comfort, Texas.

Nice to have

• Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
