Salary: $95,000 - $115,000

What you will do

• Monitor and report on construction progress, identifying potential schedule conflicts and remedial actions.
• Provide technical interpretation of construction drawings and specifications to contractors.
• Oversee QA/QC processes, including witnessing field testing and documenting observations.
• Manage project documentation, including submittals, change orders, and as-built records.
• Serve as the primary onsite liaison between the owner and the contractor.
• Supervise other field staff and ensure compliance with safety and ethical standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of field experience in construction.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding including background checks and drug screening.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and walking long distances on uneven terrain.
• Proficiency in interpreting contract documents and construction drawings.
• Experience with onsite construction safety and quality control protocols.

Nice to have

• Associate's degree in a construction-related discipline or craft apprenticeship.
• Certifications for concrete, compaction, and civil testing.
