What you will do

• Develop HVAC system designs based on project scope and client requirements.
• Perform load and energy calculations using industry-standard software.
• Conduct existing building surveys and document current HVAC systems.
• Prepare detailed design documents, reports, and technical specifications.
• Lead project teams and act as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors.
• Provide construction administration services and perform QA/QC on design work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Minimum of 10 years of design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong knowledge of codes, standards, and design guidelines.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Nice to have

• LEED certification.
• Experience with process piping design.
