What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of customers to ensure high health scores and product adoption.
  • Drive gross and net retention revenue and identify upsell opportunities for account development teams.
  • Develop and execute success plans to ensure clients achieve their specific business objectives.
  • Analyze ROI metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for revenue optimization.
  • Act as a platform expert, providing technical and business solutions to assist with product optimization.
  • Collaborate across various teams within hirify.global to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence C-level executives and stakeholders.
  • Experience building and implementing internal communication systems and managing multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to maintain strategic objectives.
  • Passion for solving business challenges within the hospitality sector.
  • Location: Must be based in London, United Kingdom
