TL;DR

Provider Strategy & Partnerships (Medtech): Managing relationships with healthcare organizations to drive adoption and long-term success with an accent on growth strategy and operational rigor. Focus on analyzing account performance data, designing clinical workflows, and expanding service lines across provider groups.

Location: Must be based in New York (In-person)

Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Own strategic relationships with key provider organizations to drive adoption, engagement, and growth.
  • Analyze activation, usage, and retention data to translate insights into concrete account priorities.
  • Develop and execute expansion strategies within existing accounts, focusing on new specialties and service lines.
  • Drive onboarding and workflow design conversations with clinicians, staff, and executives.
  • Collaborate with product, ops, and engineering teams to translate real-world feedback into roadmap improvements.
  • Help shape the overall provider-facing growth motion to scale across new markets and clinical categories.

Requirements

  • 3-8+ years of experience in analytical problem-solving and operational roles (e.g., fast-growing startups, consulting, or finance).
  • Strong user empathy, particularly for healthcare providers and staff managing high workloads.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a track record of delivering results in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective internal and external stakeholder management.
  • Must be based in and work from the New York office in SoHo.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows, provider practices, or Electronic Health Records (EHRs).
