TL;DR

Salary: $129,000 - $150,000 USD

Counterpart Health (a subsidiary of hirify.global) develops an AI-enabled solution that integrates into physician workflows to support early diagnosis and management of chronic conditions.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of primary care provider partnerships to drive adoption and expansion of the Counterpart Assistant platform.
  • Act as a Product SME to execute onboarding and training, focusing on creating efficient in-office workflows.
  • Implement structured engagement plans to ensure providers maximize platform utility and achieve success in value-based care.
  • Analyze provider performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for intervention.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to refine product offerings based on provider feedback.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in provider engagement, healthcare account management, or value-based care consulting.
  • Must reside in Corpus Christi, TX.
  • Proven ability to drive operational change and translate clinical data into actionable performance metrics.
  • Deep understanding of primary care/ambulatory care workflows and EHRs.
  • Knowledge of Medicare Advantage, risk-based payment arrangements, and medical billing.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to support provider practices.

Nice to have

  • Experience implementing value-based care tools and technology in primary care settings.
  • Understanding of population health, quality improvement, Stars, or HEDIS.
