What you will do

• Manage trade applications, credit bureau reports, and customer master data in the ERP system.
• Oversee the full collection of outstanding monies and daily follow-up on overdue accounts.
• Resolve finance-related account queries and manage pricing or quantity discrepancies.
• Prepare daily and weekly overdue reports for the Sales and Management teams.
• Conduct monthly debtors meetings and assist with auditor reviews.
• Supervise the collections and COD department while ensuring effective policy implementation.

Requirements

• Grade 12/Matric certificate required.
• Diploma or degree in accounting.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent computer and literacy skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
